  • 2. Visit the nearest Customer Care Center, or the Teleshops in Prishtina, Peja and Gjakova or
  • 3. Dial 555 for a support by the Call Centre
  • Your request regarding the activation of Internet Services GPRS and MMS, will be proceed within 48 hrs during working days.
