Stay tuned for more updates on the subject, as we receive word about the tablet's exact release date. HTC Flyer integrates the company's innovative Scribe Technology, which allows users to easily take notes, sign contracts, draw pictures, or even write on a web page or photo. Moreover, HTC Flyer is equipped with a fast single core processor clocked at 1.5Ghz speed and packs 16GB of internal memory, 1GB of RAM and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).
Although the HTC Flyer was rumored to reach Canadian shores for quite a while, but no exact release date or price tag have been disclosed by the Taiwanese handset manufacturer.
However, it appears that HTC fans living in Canada will soon be able to purchase the Gingerbread tablet, as the Wi-Fi version of the device has just showed up at Bell/Virgin stock listings.
Furthermore, it appears that the Wi-Fi only HTC Flyer will be available for $499.99, but there's no information if the price also includes the $80 worth stylus.
Even though the Canadian market is already rich in tablets, some of them going much cheaper than the Flyer, such as Asus' Transformer that costs $100 less, HTC's tablet is still an interesting option for those who are not limited by their budgets.
According to the guys over at MobileSyrup, the Canadian HTC Flyer is powered by Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread, instead of the highly-acclaimed Honeycomb operating system.

It measures 195.4 x 122 x 13.2 mm and weighs only 420g (battery included), which makes it one of the lightest tablets available on the market.
