Configure browser settings
To manually configure your Samsung Flight A796  for browsing on the T-Mobile  4G network, follow these steps:

 

1. Select Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Network Profiles.
2. Select Create and create a new profile with the following settings:
   

Name:	T-Mobile 4G
Access name:	epc.tmobile.com
Auth type:	Normal
User ID:	<Not set>
Password:	<Not set>
Protocol:	HTTP
Home URL:	http://wap.t-zones.com
Proxy address:	<Not set>
Longer time (sec.):	300

 

• Select Save to go back to the Network Profiles menu.
• Return to the Menu settings and select Internet. After the browser has loaded, select: Settings > Browser Profiles.
• From the Browser Profiles menu, select T-Mobile 4G , then the name of the newly created profile.

 

T-Mobile  MMS settings:

1. Select Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Network Profiles.
2. Select Create and create a new profile with the following settings:

 

Name:	T-Mobile MMS
Access name:	epc.tmobile.com
Auth type:	Normal
User ID:	<Not set>
Password:	<Not set>
Protocol:	HTTP
Home URL:	http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
Proxy address:	<Not set>
Longer time (sec.):	300

 

1. Select Save to go back to the Network Profiles menu.
2. Select Menu > Message > Message Settings > Picture Messages > Picture Message Profiles.
3. From the Picture Message Profiles menu, select T-Mobile MMS.
