Samsung captivate i897 T-Mobile APN Settings for 4G / 3g and MMS

 

Configure browser settings:

To manually configure your  Samsung captivate i897   for multimedia messaging (MMS) and browsing on the T-Mobile 4G network, follow these steps:

1. Press Menu and Settings in the idle mode.
2. Settings appears.
3. Select Wireless & networks.
4. Select Mobile networks.
5. Select Access Point Names and press Menu key to add New APN setting.
6. Fill out with the following settings:

Name:	-Mobile 4G
APN:	epc.tmobile.com
Proxy:	<Not set>
Port:	80 80
Username:	<Not set>
Password:	<Not set>
Server:	<Not set>
MMSC:	http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
MMSC proxy:	<Not set>
MMS port:	8080
MCC:	302
MNC:	610
Authentication type :	<Not set>
APN type :	<Not set>

 

Press Menu and Save.

1. Click Bell to assign the new APN.
